Chef Jordan has a strong background in both culinary arts and food safety education. His credentials include:

  • Education: Associates in Individual Studies/Culinary Entrepreneurship from Hocking College and Personal Chef certification from Cincinnati State.

  • Certifications: He is a Certified Safety and Sanitation Proctor for both the State of Ohio and ServSafe, as well as a Certified Fundamental Cook Proctor for the American Culinary Federation.

  • Leadership: He serves as the Executive Director of Invito Kitchen, where he focuses on culinary programs and kitchen construction consulting.
